I really like no prep activities. Mostly because I tend to fly by the seat of my pants. When I plan, I usually dream too big and get frustrated when they don’t work or we never get around to actually doing them. (“Hello, craft project that I started six months ago!”)
So here’s a good one for babies on into preschool. It’s great because it’s low mess and about as safe as you can get for those still mouthing.
All you need to do is:
– Get a used/dirty chalk board- Fill up cup with water- Give the child a brush- Let ’em at it!

VERY seriously.
I’m sure I got the idea from Pinterest (I may never be truly creative again.) Couldn’t find anything that I’d pinned but you can see this blogger doing the same thing with different types of brushes! Fun!

Boasting In Weakness: I’m such a terrible nurse. Ask my husband. I’m rather unsympathetic and tend to get annoyed at the inconvenience.
Sheesh, daily life can bring out the selfishness in me. At least God is gracious enough to bring it to my attention and powerful enough to change me.
Now to let Him.
