Turns out perfect every time! The bread is delicious and had excellent crumb. I even double for 2 large loaves. I love that I can have bread on the table on a busy night In less than an hour!! Thank you!!

I’ve made this bread on several occasions, one in the oven right now in fact. I make sourdough quite a lot and it’s always nice to have a bread that comes together much quicker than sourdough. I do agree that if you have time, punch that baby down and do a second rise…it is definitely worth is. All in all, this bread is amazing and rarely lasts a whole evening!
