I totally hear you. I’m terrible at pregnancy. I’m pretty bad about handling stress, add in impending baby and labor-let’s just say it’s not pretty. I hope you can pull it off though. Maybe this will be the time that motivates you to make that change! I know it takes 3 weeks to develop a daily habit, so take it slow girly. Breathe, give yourself grace and getup each day with a renewed motivation to keep trying.

My favorite quote that helps me is from babe Ruth, “It’s hard to beat a man who just won’t quit.”

We live in Texas too, and sometimes when the weather is nice, you just have to stop whatever you’re doing and go outside!! Good luck with your new baby!!
