No Equipment Activities

You don’t have to be rich and you don’t have to be at home in a controlled environment to get your child the sensory input they need.

You just need to be prepared.

Don’t forget to have a couple tools in your bag like play dough or chewing gum or a fidget. It can make the difference between a regular Monday and a gigantic meltdown.
