Car Wash Sensory Bin

May 31, 2014 By Julie 13 Comments

We were bored. It was hot. I wanted the boys to do something together and outside. Went to my handing dandy pinterest board. Nothing jumped off the page at me.
Decided to grab a bunch of vehicles. Goodness knows we have enough of those lying around! Then I grabbed a couple “washing utensils.”
Then I filled up a plastic tub with water. After that, I let the boys loose to have their own car wash extravaganza.
Perfect activity when you have no time or money. But be prepared, they will be drenched by the end!
You may have noticed, I tend to do the mind-numbingly simple projects. These gals at Paging Fun Mums took this idea to a whole new level! I wish I had seen this before we did ours. So creative! Oh well, round two!
Boasting In Weakness: Folks, you will quickly learn, I do not have it together. I’m drowning in dishes over. I have a reoccurring fear that the government will take my kids away because of the state of my kitchen floor.

I don’t want you to be discouraged by this blog. I don’t want you to think I’m as good as this blog may make me look. Read why.
