Home Therapy Sensory Activities for SPD

I’m a wannabe “do-it-yourselfer”.

Even when my son was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder, I tried to do things myself. I wanted to provide him with the best environment and activities to help him deal with and thrive with SPD. (Here’s our favorite sensory tools that we stock our home with).

I’ve written about a lot of our adventures and therapy ideas that can be done right in the comfort of your own home so I wanted to gather the highlights all in one place.

Please note that I am not a medical professional and I firmly advocate seeking a professional’s opinion about your child’s sensory challenges. These ideas are meant only as a supplement.
